At its inception, in 2009, Bilt Unlimited began as a lifestyle brand comparable to brands such as Tapout and Affliction. While having initial success for the first few years of the operation, It would eventually stumble due to the garment minimums of overseas clothing manufacturers, along with the high prices of local shops, and the difficulties of expanding a small business.

 

Eventually, the owners of Bilt Unlimited set up their own shop to self-produce the brand, starting out with only a heat press, a one-sheet sublimation printer and a one-head embroidery machine.  

 

Soon after, Bilt Unlimited became better known as a start up custom garment print shop rather than a brand. They also became the small business that challenges the other, larger, established businesses in their area, by producing with strong motivation, providing sublimation (which few businesses provide), and having competitive reasonable prices. Bilt Unlimited is located in the heart of Twin Falls.

 

Bilt Unlimited as a manufacture is growing exponentially each year by adding and keeping up to date in its areas of production by updating its production machinery and staff to handle larger scale capabilities. BU has become an integral part of the Twin Falls community, by proudly sponsoring and producing products for thousands of satisfied customers, schools, and companies.

 

With the ever-expanding need for custom products, Bilt Unlimited plans to expands with it. Bilt Unlimited continues to serve and create for the multiple regions of Idaho, and eventually other states as it continues to grow.
